coca-cola

We were hiking outside of Cimaja (Java, Indonesia) looking for a waterfall we had read about in our guidebook that seemed like a decently easy hike. Little did we know we would end up off the beaten trail with a group of 10 year olds leading us to an undiscovered beauty. The trail just blended into the jungle. If we lost sight of the kids, I'm not sure we would know where to go! The mud path slipped and slid around trees, down the side of the mountain and on the edge of drop offs. We were rewarded with an amazing swimming hole and beautiful waterfall that I'm sure few people besides these locals have laid eyes on. By the time we made it back to the village, we decided to treat our "guides" to a drink. Of course, they all wanted to drink a cold Coca-Cola. :)
